How a bulk batch works
- Select up to 200 files (Ctrl+A in the folder, then drag them in). Uploads run one by one, so a slow connection is fine.
- Files convert in order; each one shows a page-1 preview for PDF and Word as soon as it is ready. You can close the tab and come back with the job link.
- Buy the Rescue Pass once; the thank-you page lists every file with PDF and Word links and a "download everything as one zip" button.

How many files can I convert at once?
Up to 200 files per batch, 25 MB each. For larger archives, run several batches; the Rescue Pass covers 7 days of batches.
Can you convert folders with subfolders?
Browsers upload files, not folders. Select all files in a folder (Ctrl+A) and drop them; repeat for each subfolder.
Do I pay per file?
No. The Rescue Pass is one payment for up to 200 files in 7 days, PDF and Word included.
What if some files fail?
Failed files are marked in the list and you are not charged for them specifically; the pass is a flat fee. Email us the failed ones and we will try by hand.
